Option 1: Email Him

1. Go to https://web.connectnetwork.com/

2. Click “Create New Account” and fill in your information

3. In your new account, click the “Add Inmate” button on your dashboard

4. Next, click “Add Facility,” put Pennsylvania for the state and Pennsylvania Dept. of Corrections for the facility, and then click “Add”

5. Access the “Messaging” tab under “My Services” on the left hand side of the screen and click “Get Started”

6. From here, click “Buy Credits” and enter the amount you’d like to purchase (note: 1 credit = 1 message)

7. Compose a message and send to Rodney!
